Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Pequeño Loft con patio privado en una casa antigua de 1936 , entre las Ciudad de las Ciencias (10 min a pie)Ruzafa (5min a pie )y Roig Arena 5 min, muy tranquilo y seguro ( al lado cuartel de policía) y un paseo del centro histórico 20 min, playa 10 min con autobús. Hay una cama doble 1.40/2.00m, un altillo con otra cama doble 1.40/2.00m /sábanas y edredón en invierno. Calefacción / aire condicionado .
