Bobby was an AMAZING HOST!!! Best HOST ON AIRBNB LITERALLY!!! The property was more luxurious than photos perceived. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY TO BOOK IN LA NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! Bobby’s property was in pristine condition everything worked. Everything in the house looked 10x better in person TRUST ME!!! Shout out to BOBBY!!!! A trip I won’t forget about EVER!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

Julia’s home was excellent! We had a wonderful time staying there and felt right at home! We stayed as a group of four and it was the perfect size. Everything was clean and maintained and the property was beautiful. At one point, we had a small issue and Julia resolved it within a few hours. Super kind and responsive host. We would absolutely stay again.

My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Jessica and Ethan were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. Jessica and Ethan went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and great communication throughout our stay. It’s clear they really care about making the experience special. Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Laura was very friendly and had things ready for us. she accommodated my family and had a pack and playbready for my 2 year old. she was understanding and made sure we had everything we needed as well as being a Christian, we are too. itnwas a very nice stay i would recommend her to any one :)

We had a wonderful stay at Kuveras, the POA e was very spacious. Very clean, very quiet. The backyard was perfect for family dinners, we all slept amazing and felt at home! Will for sure be returning customers!

OMG, if I could have rated higher I would!. This place was amazing, just as picture! Very clean, beautiful neighborhood. The owner and her mother were adorable and had exceptional hospitality. There is a beautiful and clean garden right outside the unit door. They picked and shared some of there delicious cucumbers with me. I felt right at home. I took morning and evening walks in there peaceful community, and everyone was so friendly and greeting. I will definitely be back for an extended stay and recommend to a friend/family. ❤️🤗

The place was spotless. Its the cleanest and most organized Airbnb I have stayed at. The host was very thoughtful, there were brand new towels individually wrapped for each one of the guests along with brand new slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, including disposable plates, cups and utensils. I would definitely recommend this place.

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

I booked Richard’s place for my nephew who was visiting from NY. It was perfect for him and he enjoyed the stay. It was conveniently located to the areas he needed to be. Richard was easy to communicate with and polite in his responses. Everything was as expected.

This place was wonderful and cozy, especially as a pet owner. It is secluded and the little private yard has a high fence. There is a grassy space where you can relax and play with your dog, but plenty of space to relax inside for humans as well. The main bedroom was quite spacious and there is generous on-street parking. It isn’t totally detached - similar to a townhouse or mother in law apartment - but it feels like it is- you would never realize other people are there. Not close to public transportation, but the Azusa downtown light rail is a short drive away.

If I could give Kristin’s place 100 stars I would! Kristin was so easy to communicate with. The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous - extremely clean and well decorated. We felt right at home. Kristin has built a wonderful space - we wish we could live here!! Bonus is the record player - we had such a fun time drinking wine and listening to the records after dinner. Double bonus are the eggs from her chickens - they were so delicious! Thank you Kristin! We will definitely be back!
