This is a nice apartment! I really enjoyed to stay there! It was comfortable and the balcony was great to drink a coffee in the morning listening the birds! I would stay there 100%

The location cannot be better, close to Metro, quiet and safe. Beautiful apartment in the new building, looks exactly as on pictures, nice and comfortable. The host is very responsive, all questions are answered within minutes. Glad we found this place, fur sure will stay again.

My family and I had a great time staying at Candiac. Nice neighborhood with a McDonalds close by for a nice breakfast before starting to explore Montreal and cities nearby. We loved the house. We were five people and we had plenty of room and we felt like home. We were visiting from USA and it was easy for us to get in after crossing the border into Canada and driving back home thanks to its location. I definitely will stay here on my next visit to Canada and I can recommend it to anyone. Kudos for Mahmood and all the team that made our stay very pleasant.

At first glance, this neighborhood is average. But I am surprised at how quiet it is. The place on the second floor, but basically furnished as an apartment with two bedrooms, a bath/laundry room, dinning room, and a living room. Just like home. We enjoyed our stay. Not particularly far from Montreal downtown. Definitely a place worth considering.

5 Stars! A Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent—peaceful yet convenient—and we especially appreciated the small garden and balcony, perfect for getting some fresh air. Our little boy was delighted by the squirrels and birds we spotted right from the garden, and there was a great kids’ playground just next door, which was a big plus. Coming from Nairobi, this was truly a refreshing and memorable experience for us. The calm environment, fresh air, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a real home away from home. All in all, a top-quality experience. The host clearly cares about the guest experience, and it shows. Keep it up—highly recommended!

The entire space was very clean and quiet. The instructions were easy to follow. Radia was very proactive with our queries. Would love to come again!

Jesse has been very kind and attentive since the day I arrived! She really knows how to be a hostess, because the day after my arrival she was interested in knowing if I needed anything to let her know! When I arrived the house was clean, bath towels and clean bed linen. Everything was impeccable! The house is brand new and super nice, the area is easy to get to tourist attractions! I highly recommend it!

We stayed for the weekend for the Montreal GP, and it was such a beautiful place, the pictures don’t do it justice. Yvon was so communicative, and the place was located so conveniently; just close enough to the bus stop and away from the crowds of people trying to get back to their hotel.

I stayed here for the Montreal Grand Prix and it was perfect. It was not only close to the track, but had no traffic to and from. There was free parking on the street and I had no issues finding a spot. Hugo was responsive and answered the many questions I had before booking and after. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to downtown without paying the downtown prices.

It’s a great stay and convenient to travel to other places via transit. The staff here are really nice and patient to support us during our stay. Will come back next time!

Really loved our stay nice and central near metro and the SpotAngel app was excellent for finding parking. Because we like cooking, I would have like a better supplies kitchen with utensils. But honestly that is not a complaint. Couch was a little hard- since we like enjoying the space- and we did enjoy the space- would recommend it!

Petra’s place was a cozy, clean, relaxing place to be in. Her place had everything needed for a quick stay: coffee, tea, milk, cream, fun games and books. The king-sized bed and its pillows were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

It was absolutely wonderful. Would go back in a heartbeat. Great neighborhood. I have mobility issues but the walk to the train was fine. Apartment was excellent. Never waited long for a response to any question. AAA+++

Considering the other Airbnbs that were available for the Grand Prix weekend, Thomas's place was worth it, considering the free parking and the location of the building. Everything you need is available both in and around the place. Thomas was also great with the communication, check in and check out was a smooth process.

Tout étais absolument incroyable, j’ai booker ce rbnb avec Reda et je vais le reprendre encore et encore, tout étais parfait. Superbe communication, superbe emplacement et satisfaction à 100%. Reda et ses rbnb sont parfaits en tout point. Je recommande!!!!

We were so happy to have Maxime and Leah’s place for our special event weekend in Montreal. The location was perfect for us and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores including Costco. The bedrooms were great for our teenagers and lots of space for everyone. The rainfall shower and the essentials oil diffuser along with a variety of oils were small details that really added to our stay. The building was quiet and the neighbourhood was nice to walk around in. Definitely recommend booking this place for your next Montreal getaway.
