Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. La P'tite Maison is located in the countryside with outdoor terrace and parking and has just been recently furnished (5 minutes from Epaignes, 15 minutes from Pont-Audemer and 30 minutes from the Normandy beaches). The accommodation: a main living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a master bedroom (electric bed in two parts) with dressing room and a single bed.
