Charming Norman Cottage On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room, featuring a large fireplace in the cozy lounge area. This level also includes the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a wooden staircase, you’ll find three bedrooms (two of them in a row), accommodating up to six people plus two small children. Both large bedrooms are equipped with a baby cot. Each room has quality bedding and overlooks the peaceful, tree-filled garden. ☀️ In summer, enjoy the garden, its sun loungers, and the sunny terrace. ❄️ In winter, the large fireplace in the living room invites you to unwind, relax, and enjoy a true cocooning atmosphere. 🔥 Firewood package (optional) A few logs are provided on arrival so you can enjoy your first fire. La P'tite Maison is located in the countryside with outdoor terrace and parking and has just been recently furnished (5 minutes from Epaignes, 15 minutes from Pont-Audemer and 30 minutes from the Normandy beaches). The accommodation: a main living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a master bedroom (electric bed in two parts) with dressing room and a single bed. Possibility of an extra bed in the sofa. Internet/TV access is available.

You have a plot of land for yourself and a covered terrace. If you have a pet, it's fenced so that it doesn't leave. We live next door. If you need anything, we will do our best to help you and be discreet. Pets are allowed; it's up to you to manage them. Have a nice, quiet stay in the countryside.
