Very spacious and clean room, including a study which is very helpful. Great location - only a few minutes walk to the beach. Joan is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for.

Check in was easy and pleasant. For four adults staying in the apartment it might be a bit uncomfortable as the sofa bed isn’t suitable for two adults, one at best. Kids would be fine on it. The pillows need replacing to help with comfort. Other than that the apartment was well equipped with everything you need. It’s modern and comfortable. Tv isn’t a smart tv. Metro is 5mins walk to the left, 10min ride to the city, and a supermarket 5mins walk to the right. 10min walk to the beach which is a great beach. Well located out of the hustle and bustle. Two cafes are located either side of the entrance, one which is a bar also. Communication with host was always fast and helpful. 10/10

Super god lejlighed, der helt svarer til beskrivelsen. Lejligheden har en fantastisk udsigt, og ligger i et meget spændende kvarter, tæt ved Rambla del Poblenou, med kort afstand til stranden.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Marco was responsive when we had a bit of a challenge figuring out the shower's heat on demand system. The apartment had everything we needed and we walked to the beach and into town easily. The metro stop is very close as well. The neighborhood is lively and on the weekend there was a lot of music.

Cozy Space near to the beach !

We had a great stay here. The apartment is clean and located very close to the Metro station and just a 10 min walk away from the Bogatell Beach. Check in and check out was super easy. Barrow was very responsive and accommodating. When we asked for dish towels and mugs, he reacted immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside to our stay was the construction work around the apartment but once this is over we‘re sure the surroundings will be really nice as well. 5/5 would definitely recommend!
