Good, nice and cheap

Very quiet and good area to rest and escape the routine.

My stay in Bolivia and that of my friends was very pleasant. The house is very nice and has all the amenities that allowed us to enjoy our trip. Viviana and her father-in-law Luis are very kind hosts, who are always attentive to any situation or thing that is needed. Very nice people.

It was our fourth time in this house, it got improved every time but this time was even better! amazing new barbecue area, we loved it, improved Top 10 TV, just great.

The hosts were very attentive. They allowed us to enter before check-in time and waited for us at the house to show us everything and leave us the keys. They gave us a lot of information and useful recommendations for shops, restaurants, etc. The place is very nice, clean and well-equipped. It is located on a very quiet street with no traffic or noise, but there is public transportation one block away and a market, shopping center, cinema and mall nearby. It has a large and covered garage, ideal for our vehicle that is not compact. Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very cozy and comfortable place for the family.

Beautiful and well kept condo, with lots of space. On chilly days the condo never felt cold. Public transportation is nearby. And the owners left plenty of recommendations on where to shop, where to eat and what to do. The pool and sauna rooms were kept clean. Only thing that bugged me was the gym, which wasn't really a gym. It was just 4 cardio machines, 2 which were not working and 1 kept making a weird sound when operating it. But the owners don't control the gym so that does not take away from the fact that this Airbnb is awesome place to stay.

The place is warm and beautiful. Comes with 2 dogs a pool and a nice place to make fire. Very warm feeling and amazing communication. I would stay there again. Very recommended.

Great apartment for up to 4 people with a view from the 9th floor to La Paz. Safe and trendy area and yet a 15-minute walk to the center. Always happy to come back!

My stay was just great. From the first moment, the host was very attentive and cordial. Check-in was smooth and punctual. The accommodation was very clean, well-equipped and with cozy decor. The apartment is as shown in the publication, it has everything you need for a good stay, excellent location and very good service and willingness of Ibar to help you in everything you need. Very good host. I would suggest hot water in the sink and dishwasher and it would be a 10 out of 10.
