Spend a few days in our small oceanfront apartment. It is an open space, where there is no room. Second floor with elevator and stairs, newly renovated. Launch in April 2023. There is a double bed and a sofa that converts into another double bed. Ideal for two people, ask if there are more. With an additional cost of 15 euros per person per night The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, kitchen utensils, shower and beach towels, etc.

I highly recommend staying at Elena's place and I sure will return at my first opportunity. It's home away from home. Quiet and peacefully place with a Mediterranean Sea view and a five-minute walk to find yourself swimming in the ocean. Location is great because within a walking distance there are several restaurants and the port with its restaurants is only about seven minutes' drive. Valencia city is approximately seventy-five minutes' drive, depending on your location. The house is well design, organized and clean. The icing on the cake is the assistance one gets from Ms. Elena. Always available to assist with any question or matter.

We enjoyed our short stay with Junior! Felt very welcomed and taken care of from the beginning! If I somehow I end up visiting Benicassim, would choose over again 👍

Antonio and Lola were there to greet us on our arrival, they were friendly and approachable. Their communication was quickly responsive. Villa Lola is a beautiful home with everything you can think of available to use. They went over and above to provide a home away from home. We felt very comfortable and privileged to spend time in such a fabulous place. The country side around and mountain view’s were relaxing and peaceful. Our children enjoyed the garden and had plenty to do with the many things available. The hammock was blissful in the sun. Highly recommended!

The stay with Helena was really very pleasant. We felt very comfortable and Helena's cordial treatment contributed to it. They gave us a lot of tips for excursions and restaurants. Helena was always easy to reach and helpful. The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to the city. It takes 30 minutes to get to the beach. We always like to walk a lot, so we didn't mind. We'll stay with Helena for a month. For such a long stay it would be nice if the kitchen was better equipped, for example, better knives. It would also be great to have a topper in the mattress. We thank Helena for everything
