This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

A large kitchen & the open living and dining area leave nothing to be desired. The roof terrace offers a seating area, outdoor shower and a great view of the sea & with a good view of the Teide in Tenerife. Where you can enjoy nature, the tranquility of the nights, and see a wonderful sky. Close to Sotavento Beach, one of the best in Europe. Ideal for hiking and water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing.

The house was honored in the 1990s by various architectural newspapers. The unique pool studio "Agua" is round and fits perfectly with the organic style of the rest of the house. From the bright maritime room, it is just a few steps to the large swimming pool. The sauna is right next to the studio. The studio has a small kitchenette and cozy sitting area, a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Piñeros Home is a simple house unique style with well-equipped. Well located if you are looking for a place to rest and disconnect from the noise. Located in a rural area, you need the car. It is only 5 minutes from the gas station, supermarket and the beach.
