Beautiful house in the Mediterranean

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a pool, just 15 minutes away from downtown Valencia and 25 minutes away from the beach. It is a house with lots of light and vegetation, a very pleasant, modern and cozy space to enjoy with or without children. The village has everything you need and there is a park a few steps from the house. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary kitchenware. Housekeeping available. A few meters away is a cluster of nice restaurants with terraces.

Current photos. Ideal apartment for a couple or students. Since it is very close to the University of Burjasot. It is in a new building, it is on the ground floor and has a large, very bright terrace. The kitchen and dining room are next to the dining room and the entrance, providing great spaciousness. We had an excellent stay at Paloma's house. Very nice and cozy. And the beautiful terrace where we have spent a lot of time and enjoyed meals. The reception and communication from Paloma was excellent and gave us ideas for walks and restaurants in the area. The stay was only two nights but we had a great rest.

A beautiful location with lots of peace in a beautiful area! The swimming pool is small, in the end I didn't go in. There is a steep driveway with the gate on the left (a safe feeling). You are a little further from Valencia, but parking the car in, for example, Bétera and taking the metro to Valencia is fine. Please note the metro times; the last metro runs in the evening! Recommended for Valencia: bike tour with Dutch guide. Much to discover in this city and a nice change with this relaxing stay!

Our will stay at Reme’s place was loads of fun. The pictures of the villa did not give it justice and it is much better looking than advertised. We did run into a few issues while we were at the villa but Reme tried her best to resolve those quickly and in a straightforward manner. I think we arrived towards the end of the season so there were a few things that needed to be fixed but overall it was a very nice stay at a luxurious villa I would definitely recommend Reme and the villa to everyone else

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely home. I can't recommend it highly enough! Mayte went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations, making our whole family feel right at home. The house is ideally located, with easy walking access to the town's fantastic restaurants and activities. It was a perfect base for exploring the area and enjoying everything the town has to offer.
