Condo vacation rentals in La Manga

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de restaurantes. Fue muy amable con nosotros

El alojamiento de Fermín,era nuevo con decoración moderna y de buen gusto,tenía unas vistas a los dos mares preciosas y muy limpio. Muchos extras que merecían la pena y hacen que la estancia sea muy cómoda y con muchas opciones para actividades de recreo. También hay muchas opciones para moverse como parada de bus , bicicleta, patinete etc... La zona es muy tranquila al menos en las fechas en las q hemos viajado. Lo recomendamos mucho, Gracias Fermín!!

Wir haben unsere anfängliche Buchung von einer Woche auf drei Wochen verlängert. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines sehr stilvollen Komplexes mit wunderschönem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Antonio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der in jedem Fall mit Hilfestellung zur Seite ist. Wir können diese Wohnung jedem vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und danken herzlich für die Gelegenheit, hier wohnen zu dürfen.

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

Great place to stay, clean and spacious with beautiful views. The swimming pool was lovely and quiet. Lots to do inside and out of the La Manga resort. Jorge was a great host, flexible, helpful and giving clear instructions for check in. Jorge also gave us detailed information on places to visit locally and where to eat. I would highly recommend this place.

Veronika’s place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with a dog park near by yet walkable to the beach / promenade. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Apartment itself was so charming I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful windows and terrace in the bedroom perfect for your morning tea and coffee. Veronika shared details of person managing check in and check out, they were very responsive and we were able to adjust arrival time and checked in and out no problem. The price was very good as well. We’d be more than happy to stay again if we find ourselves traveling to the area again.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit einem herrlichen Ausblick am Stadtrand von Santa Pola. Man geht zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum, es befinden sich aber auch am Weg dorthin einige Restaurants, Bars und Cafes. Ein Minisupermarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der schön gepflegte, flach abfallende Strand liegt nur über die Straße direkt vor der Türe. Wenn man von den Möwen absieht, ist es recht ruhig. Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vor der Tür leicht zu finden. Die Wohnung ist etwas kleiner als man das aus der Beschreibung vermuten würde, aber das ist gar kein Problem - wir waren zu 4. und hatten ausreichend Platz. Stiegenhaus wie beschrieben eng und ohne Lift, aber die gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit dem Ausblick macht diesen kleinen Makel wett. Margot, die Betreuerin vor Ort ist sehr nett und für alle Fragen immer erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Jonas und Margot!

Un immense merci à Pablo pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et toutes les adresses utiles qu’il nous a envoyées à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans cet appartement et tout était parfait, exactement comme décrit dans l’annonce, voire même mieux ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage, que l’on peut admirer directement depuis le balcon : la vue est magnifique. Très spacieux, lumineux de tous les côtés, bien équipé, rien ne manque. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Il est aussi proche des restaurants, bars, commerces, et du centre d’Alicante. Il y a même un parc d’attractions pour les enfants à proximité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, passé d’excellents moments et créé de beaux souvenirs en famille. Nous sommes ravis, très satisfaits, et c’est certain : nous reviendrons ! Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100 %. Si je pouvais mettre plus que 5 étoiles, je le ferais sans hésiter ! Que ce soit la propreté, la localisation, l’équipement, tout était au top👍🏻

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Beautiful appartment in a lovely location. The roof terrace is an excellent inclusion and a great place to catch the sun and unwind. Everything was great. We liked it so much we stayed extra nights.

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

communicatie vooraf erg prettig. aangezien ik gehandicapt ben heb ik meer zorg en voorzieningen nodig dan een 100% persoon. vooral veel uit te zoeken of het appartement geschikt was Sergio heeft daarbij heel goed geholpen. ook tijdens ons verblijf. er is bv een hoge tafel met barkrukken. Voor mij niet te doen. Sergio zorgde meteen voor een andere eethoek

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht. Nur weniger Meter zum sensationellen Sandstrand. Gute Möglichkeiten sich zu bewegen. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt was fehlte, waren dies Strandhandtücher und 2 Liegen, die man auf dem Balkon und am Strand nutzen könnte - vor allem weil es hier am Strand nachmittags oft sehr windig ist ... Aber so wie ich Dani kennengelernt habe, wird er diese Lücken wohl sehr schnell schließen :-))

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Loistava sijainti. Kaunis ja moderni asunto. Huoneistossa oli kaikki mukavuudet ja lisäksi vauvalle löytyi uimarengas ja hiekkaleluja. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti ja palaamme varmasti uudestaan!

Stayed here for 22 days with my wife and sister in law, very very clean , plenty of crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, lovely touch when we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine ,all in all a very clean well equipped apartment

Piękna okolica, wszystko zgodne z opisem, widok z okna i balkonu jest niesamowity. Bardzo wygodne miejsce dla 4 osób, super że są 2 łazienki oraz w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo polecam

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Lovely place . Spotlessly clean . Great to have 3 separate outside areas to use . Not overlooked either . We used the large rooftop solarium lots . There is also a gas barbecue here . Loads of storage and the most comfy huge bed in the main bedroom . Good showers aswell and easy to use aircon . Little utility room off the downstairs bathroom with washing machine if needed . Plenty of very nearby parking and very short walk to the swimming pool . Excellent communication from the owners and local key holder . Highly recommended . Just book it !😊

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, la playa adyacente deja mucho que desear pero a 15m en coche se encuentran playas magníficas y la piscina comunitaria es muy buena. Tuvieron varios detalles en el apartamento que son de agradecer, en general ha sido una muy buena experiencia.

Asunto oli puhdas ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Jesus oli hyvin tavoitettavissa ja antoi selkeät ohjeet. Rannalla oli mukava kävellä ja uima-altaalla oli hyvin tilaa.
