Located in the Perche, large and charming farmhouse of 260 m2 with old-world charm and modern comfort, 1.5 hours from Paris, and its one-hectare property is absolutely quiet. Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
