Maison pleine vue sur mer à 200 mètres de la plage La maison est idéalement située, très calme et confortable (rénovée en 2022). Il y a des escaliers, 4 marches de la salle à manger au salon, et les chambres/ sanitaires à l'étage inférieur. L'accès entre le parking et la maison est un chemin piéton en bon état non adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite (environ 50 mètres). On ne peut pas se garer devant la porte, il faut parcourir ces 50 mètres pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de la maison.

Ático en primera línea del mar con terraza enorme para quiénes buscan oler y ver el mar en su día a día. Aquí se vive la naturaleza rodeada de azul con paz y tranquilidad. Posibilidades de disfrutar del buceo, excursiones en kayak, rutas por la montaña, visitas a la Torre de Santa Elena e incluso avistamiento de cetáceos en barco! Chiringuitos fantásticos a sólo unos pasos para poder disfrutrar de comer, cenar y tomar una copa a pie de playa. Restaurantes preciosos a pocos minutos en coche.

The Villa has everything you could ask with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. A place to enjoy.
