I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Marina and Loly were absolutely the best hosts! They were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself was even better than the photos—beautiful, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. Loly recommended a cheese store near the house, 100% worth to visit. Also, I would like to add that the check-in and out was really smooth, they were on time on both times. Thank you and hoping to go back soon!

The view of the impeccable garden, the house is very large and comfortable. The rooms are all en-suite, a very good layout. A full kitchen. A huge dining room where we could spend a lot of time together (there were 11 of us). Full grill. Well-equipped outdoor gallery. Very tasteful! Animals. Horseback riding. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated home. The high ceilings, wood floors, and natural light made it feel airy and calm. The setting was very peaceful—no traffic noise—and we appreciated the newer appliances and thoughtful design touches. A few practical issues stood out: the toaster didn’t work properly, and there was a rusted honing rod and steak knife in the drawer. While we appreciated the stainless steel pan, the nonstick one was scratched and worn. The white couch was extremely firm, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay closed. Still, these were minor things in the grand scheme, and we’re confident the owners can address them easily. With a few updates, this place could be truly exceptional. We’d gladly come back to enjoy its charm, quiet, and natural light again.

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

We had an excellent time, the space is beautiful and Teresa was more than attentive as a host. We want to go back.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Excellent! It's just as seen in the photos and better. We spent a month at Nicolas' house, it has all the amenities and is in a very quiet area. Nicolas is very friendly and was always attentive. We'll be back!

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
