Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbors overlooking it, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. Our cabin/chalet will welcome you with pleasure to recharge your batteries in a green setting, surrounded by countryside animals. Our spacious and comfortable accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. In an old renovated barn you will have two bedrooms (including an attic with a children's cabin), a large living room with equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere that will be lit when you arrive. The beds will be ready as well.

Looking for a short break or an extended vacation, we offer an authentic place in an 18th century mill and its 3.7 hectares. You will discover a wild setting crossed by its rivers (stream and mill race), permaculture garden, orchard, chicken coop, large meadows where we have sheep, forest area... From this site, small or large walks will take you to the heart of the Monts d'Ambazac and its highest point, the Puy de Sauvagnac at 702 meters above sea level.

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.
