The train station is a 7-minute walk away (trains every hour in less than an hour to Paris Lyon train station), shops (supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, small market, pizzeria, restaurant…) are 5 minutes away. The forest will offer you beautiful hikes as well as climbing sites.

The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Hiking on forest trails, wildlife watching.

The house is located in a property in front of our home. It has a terrace. The 30m2 house offers: - a living room with an open equipped kitchen. - a shower room with separate toilet. - one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a double bed. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, as well as a Senseo® coffee machine.
