It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.

Spacious sea-side house with magnificent views

This was my grand-parents house. Built in the 60s as one of the first houses in the bay of Altea in a place with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains and just 300 steps to the beach. Big garden, terraces in all directions, lots of light and everything we ever needed to be happy. We spiced it up with a pool and AC, but you can still see the marks of four generations adding their own loving touches, so this is not one for the purists. But a place to be happy with family and friends.
