Located in the Perche, large and charming farmhouse of 260 m2 with old-world charm and modern comfort, 1.5 hours from Paris, and its one-hectare property is absolutely quiet. The farmhouse opens on one side to a large fruit garden with a swimming pool that overlooks fields and on the other to an enclosed garden. We have a heated swimming pool in the sunniest spot.
