Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

Excelente lugar. Fui para estar cerca de la clínica Dávila por una operación y fue una estadía perfecta, tiendas, supermercado y locomoción. Más el mall. La comunicación fue fundamental ya que la entrada con auto requiere atención pero si se sigue al pie de la letra las instrucciones, no hay problemas. El departamento impecable con lo esencial para cocinar y pasar unos días tranquilos. Muy atentos y responden altiro. Muchas gracias y definitivamente volvería.

Fue espectacular, muy fácil de llegar con dos estaciones de metro muy cerca. El personal del edificio muy amable y servicial y genera mucha seguridad y tranquilidad. Hay tiendas de todo tipo cerca y servicios a domicilio de todas las plataformas. Además el apartamento tiene todo incluido calentador, el baño muy limpio con suficientes toallas papel higiénico y toallas de cocina también. Muy bien aseado. Desde el balcón se puede ver parte de Los Andes que en esta época está nevado y en el piso 10 hay una terraza con vista panomarica a Los Andes y a la ciudad

Tuve una excelente experiencia alojándome en este lugar. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesité. El espacio estaba limpio, bien equipado y coincidía perfectamente con lo descrito en el anuncio. La ubicación también fue muy conveniente, cerca de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda en Chile. I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.
