Super welcoming host and great place for a group of friends or a family!

Madam was very kind and very welcoming with us despite the fact that she lives on site we did not at all feel like we were under surveillance on the contrary we had a superb New Year's Eve within the cottage which moreover is extremely nice place very clean and well equipped nothing to say we will be back with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay at Michel's. One of the best Airbnb Airbnb is one of my best Airbnb. The house is spacious, very well decorated, comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is huge and beautifully maintained, it feels peaceful and we were also able to enjoy the large terrace, hammocks, deckchairs and the pool. There is a private car park for the car. The city center is a 3-minute drive and there are 2 large supermarkets just nearby. The area is beautiful and worth a visit. Michel welcomed us very warmly and was a perfect host. We'll get back to him as soon as we can.

A welcome and a quick tour of the owner with Philippe, very friendly! Very welcoming and very friendly, we found the haven of peace described in the listing to spend a night! Philippe is caring and attentive, we really liked his proximity during our welcome. Discreet but present if you need him... plus Philippe's property is really a peaceful place. Great for refreshing. Valerie's place is true to the description, very clean and really very well-equipped. Valerie is very accommodating, available and gives good advice. Despite the somewhat capricious weather, we were still able to enjoy the large pool which is heated. We had a great 3-day weekend there where we visited the La Flèche zoo, which is only 30 minutes from the cottage. We'll be happy to go back, but beware of the radar between the cottage and the zoo🤪!!! He had us 😬

We had a great stay at the house in Saint-Patrice. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, the house was very clean and functional, the property had a huge number of activities and games for us to play, and the setting was beautiful and very peaceful. We would recommend it to pretty much anyone interested in the area.

This old barn is so well renovated. Very clean, nicely decorated and tasteful. Florence and Loïc are very friendly people. The very positive point is that this cottage is really quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries while being close to the main shops. There are also many easily accessible walking and hiking opportunities. Had a great time, you can go there without so much as a second thought!

Unfortunately, we were only in the accommodation for one night. But we would have liked to have stayed longer in this accommodation. A very nice hostess and a great place to stay in a very nice neighborhood. You can't do better than that. We'll be back any time.

A big thank you to Diane and Serge for their warm welcome. This was our first experience with an Airbnb and we were really not disappointed by the well arranged and equipped accommodation. Located very close to La Flèche Zoo, it met all of our expectations. In addition, we were well received by our hosts with small touches (drinks, cakes, candies, etc.).

Spacious, quiet, very well decorated house is well equipped for a perfect stay. If we're in the area again, we'll come back without hesitation.

This property is very special! I loved my time at it. It is such a warm property with so much character but has all the modern elements that are needed for a comfortable longer stay. The internet speed was fantastic as well and I could telework with no issues. The property is private without feeling isolated. I would love to return to this property in the future!

Very nice accommodation, quiet in the middle of the forest and nature. Clean and functional accommodation with the necessary equipment. A real disconnection! The enclosed land was also very much appreciated by us as well as our dog, overlooking the goats and the pony. I recommend it.😊

The accommodation is rustic but you can find everything you need. It is very clean . The fenced garden is very nice with its beautiful flowers and small body of water.
