The house is beautiful!!! Much better than the photos. Brenda was texting me from the beginning and Daniel welcomed us to give us the tour of the house. Brenda's recommendations for car rental and tours in Huatulco were excellent. I went with my family, including 2 minors (3 years and 7 years). They didn't want to leave the pool because it's a very good size and the rooms are very comfortable, each with its own bathroom. Everything is very central: beaches, piers for tours, market, food courts, shopping malls. Everything within a 10-minute drive Excellent house, I would definitely come back

Awesome stay at this beautiful modern home. My wife and I stayed here for 8 days to warm up after a trip to chilly Chihuahua. We really enjoyed the open design of the kitchen and dining area right next to the pool. We spent most of our time in or by the pool. The home is in a gated community and feels safe and very private. It has 3 bedrooms and plenty of beds to sleep in if you have a big family or share the rental with friends. You are close to downtown area and nice places to eat but you probably need a taxi or just rent a car. We ended up just stopping at the grocery store and stocking up on food and drinks for our stay. We had a very nice relaxing time and would definitely stay here again which is something we look forward to.

This house offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with spacious rooms, private bathrooms, air conditioning, and an impressive swimming pool, all within a secure, gated neighborhood. The hosts are kind and accommodating, having waived extra charges this time, but guests should review the electricity policy regarding kilowatt limits before booking. Overall, it’s highly recommended and worth every penny for a relaxing and secure getaway.

Vincent’s condo in Huatulco is lovely. It is new, sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and deck area are also clean. In fact, the entire complex is very well cared for. My husband and I had to suddenly move from our first apartment in Huatulco. Vincent was very friendly and extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in several hours early. He also gave our daughter and her husband and late check out when they left a few days after us. Vincent’s apartment is well situated and in a very quiet area. It is about a 20 minute walk to La Crucecita and many excellent restaurants. There are also several different pickleball courts in area which was a real bonus! In addition, there are many beaches to choose from that are just are an affordable cab ride away. We enjoyed our stay in Huatulco and Vincent’s condo very much. We will be back soon!

The apartment was just as described, and very clean. The location is on the edge of Bahia de Santa Cruz which makes it extra quiet; but very walkable. Alan was our host and he was super friendly and professional. Make sure to sit on the balcony every morning to watch the colorful birds in the giant tree across the street….I must have seen at least 7 different types! This place was very cozy and had everything we needed; I hope to come back soon!

Raquel's place was perfect for us! Quite spacious and comfortable. It had many amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, toys... The pool was super nice and the location very convenient. Thank you for everything!

Very comfortable condominium, incredible to rest, everything working 100%, located in an excellent place, close to the Tangolunda and Arrocito bays, I loved it and I highly recommend it!

It is a space with everything you need for your stay. The area is quiet and accessible. Everything is as described and there is excellent communication with the host

Jerod's place was great for my family of 6. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

We loved it!! It's the second time in Huatulco and the first with Angelica, the truth is that it's very easy to get to, access and it's 3 blocks from the center of Crucecita. A grocery store nearby and places to eat too. The market, center and Crucecita taxi rank are very accessible. Angelica provided us with all the information we needed for our visit. The comfortable rooms each with their own air conditioning, the kitchen with everything we needed for our days and we had the use of the excellent pool since it was very uncrowded. It would definitely be a place we would choose again 🙌🏼

Just an observation, the mattresses in my opinion need renovation as we feel them too hard and since the bases are of material, it was not the optimal rest

Brie, excellent host, attentive, kind, friendly, understanding, responsible, a nice person, her spacious accommodation, good location, everything is close, local recommendations, very tasty and good prices, in short everything excellent, something "bad" could be said but in reality it is not so much; it would be that more people (adults) live in the condominiums and even if you follow the rules, they look for some reason to get your attention, that would be the only thing!! We really appreciate Brie for making us feel at home!! See you next time, looking forward to coming back, even though we just left!!

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

I stayed at Jesse's lovely condo with a friend in April 2025. Jesse had requested our flight information prior to our arrival and was waiting for us at the condo when we arrived, giving us a nice, warm welcome, which included a 6-pack of cold cervezas - a nice touch! Throughout our visit Jesse was readily available by text to provide restaurant and activity recommendations and respond to any question or request. The condo was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was the perfect size for 2 adults. The pool was a nice bonus, as was the sweet and affectionate resident cat, Max, who was a frequent visitor. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Playa Santa Cruz and many wonderful restaurants, and is a short cab ride from Playa La Entrega. La Cucecita, and other locations of interest. Although there is construction going on in the vicinity of the condo, there was no excessive noise or issues related to this. I would happily return to Jesse's condo!

This is a very lovely place with a fantastic sea view. Also a very well equipped kitchen and ample space. Air conditioning works great and very easy on site parking. We would definitely stay again.
