Charming home with hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, and original details in the faculty neighborhood close to UW-L campus and Downtown. Are you visiting La Crosse to paddle, fish, hike, bike, or ski? With bluff views, the Bicycle Professor's Bungalow is close to it all. My home is a ten minute walk to the marvelous Marsh Trail system that links the University to Downtown. I will happily offer tips for restaurants, walks, bicycle rides and places to ski. The Driftless terrain is endless!

My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers. Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee is NOT provided. There is a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for pods.

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. 15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area. Pets are welcome. Relax into the slower pace of river life. We are located on a laid back street where everyone is ready with a friendly wave or a driveway chat. The boat landing is just a mile away. The house is stylish and comfortable. We hope to provide our guest with whatever the need for a few days away. We are in a high PFAs area so bottled water is provided for guest consumption. Lovely, quiet setting for 3 generations of family members to celebrate a family graduation from UW-La Crosse. Lots of space in the kitchen, dining area and living/family room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, utensils, serving bowls, etc. Felt just like our home kitchen. Jean even checked with neighbors to see which direction would be best for road walking (such as no loose dogs). We returned home from graduation to find a beautiful glass vase filled with happy daffodils waiting on the step for us. Highly recommend this property and host!

The property was absolutely beautiful with many extras such as games, books, movies, and more. There were multiple baby/kid items such as a crib in the master bedroom, pack-n-play portable crib, high chairs, activity bouncy seat, and lots of toys! All the rooms were large wih big closets. We were a group of 12 traveling for a long family wedding wknd so it was nice to have closets in each room to hang dresses, suits, etc... Kitchen was very spacious and well stocked with cookware, bakeware, spices, coffee, crockpot, air fryer, just to name a few. The huge pantry was a bonus to hold our overflow items. If youre looking for a peaceful location for a large group, this house will meet your needs!!

Close to everything - perfect for couples!

The suite was a fantastic place! Clean kitchenette with plenty of cooking equipment and dishes. The bathroom was great with hot strong water flow in the shower. The suite was so quiet we hardly knew Jeana's family was below us. The bed was comfortable and Jeana helped with extra linens for the couch. My daughter said the couch was comfortable for sleeping as well. The suite was easy to find, close to our destinations and close to local shopping and restaurants. Jeana was a great host, with great communication and follow up during our stay. I know I will be back soon!
