Independent duplex of 50 m2. New and located in an outbuilding at the bottom of the large wooded garden. You will appreciate the calm and starry nights to disconnect in the countryside, near the old fig tree. 35 minutes away: Parc Oriental and Puy du Fou. 1.5 hours: La Rochelle Independent entrance, lit at night. The decoration mixes family or antique furniture and creations of artisans who run workshops at the house. +: Bird's-eye-view of our horse's stall, from the large upstairs window.

La Cour aux Tilleuls: Nature and Well-Being

40 minutes from Puy du Fou and 20 minutes from the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, the 3-star Cour aux tilleuls welcomes you. In a renovated former school, 110 m² are dedicated to the cottage. The ground floor has been awarded the"Tourism and Disability" label. A starting point for numerous hiking and cycling excursions and site visits, the gîte is also a place of rejuvenation with its wellness room equipped with a sauna. Bed linens are available for hire (€10) and cleaning is available (€70).

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

In the heart of the Bressuirais grove, between the castles of the Loire and the Atlantic coast, between Puy du Fou, Futuroscope and Venise Verte, this vast home combines the charm of old stones, volumes, modern comfort and neat decor. Come and spend some time in our little bolt hole in rural France, spend time relaxing in our lovely courtyard, exploew the Idyllic countryside. We are located between the towns of Bressuire, Thouars, Cholet & Saumur. Close to several theme parks (please see guide book). Located a few minutes from lake Hautibus. Village amenities include a boulangerie 2 mins from door, pharmacy, small supermarket and village bar, weekly market in square on Thursdays.

"Le Pas de la Mule" Gîte

On the banks of the Argenton River, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Bressuirais wooded countryside. This eco-designed cottage (wooden frame, straw insulation, clay plaster, Canadian well, purification by plants...) will bring you comfort and well-being. This cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the outdoors with a large terrace, garden and surrounding nature.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Our small house next door, completely renovated in the mountain cottage spirit, is located 5 minutes from Bressuire. Nature lovers, this is the place for you! We have made this place a small peaceful oasis where you can enjoy the tranquility. Double bunk beds, cabin style. Sheets, bath towels and linens are included in the price.
