Very good stay at Jean-Pierre's, the accommodation was very comfortable, because of the weather we were not able to enjoy the small terrace but in summer it must be very pleasant. The riverside is within walking distance for a stroll. Jean-Pierre responded quickly and was proactive. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time at the trapper's cottage. Although we were afraid of being cold when we arrived at the accommodation, we contacted Genessee upon arrival who was very responsive and came to help us turn on the wood burning stove. The space heated very quickly and throughout the stay the indoor temperature was warm even without the wood burner being turned on. Great environment with walks in the estate and up to the reserve where you can see deer. The cottage may seem small from the outside when you arrive, but in reality it is very spacious and large in depth. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Change of scenery and tranquility assured. We would definitely recommend Genessee's homes, which is very friendly, warm and caring.

There are places where you instantly feel good when you get there. This house, its view and its garden are part of it. A peaceful and relaxing place where it's good to do nothing, whether it's sunny or rainy. This house has a rare character and we would never want to leave, extend the stay, let the gaze wander through the waves of the St. Lawrence. My parents, my girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed this long weekend, nothing is missing in this house, and especially not this incredible view of the river from almost all the rooms. Thank you for sharing such a place! I hope we can come back and I will cherish the memories created these past few days for a long time! The belugas greeted us on our departure to our delight.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable. Great value for money. 15 mins walk to the beach. The only drawback is that it can be hot in the closed room because there is only a small window that only partially opens.

A little gem! We rented this apartment for a kayak class at the beach right across the street, ideal location for small holidays e.g. with family. Super clean, well-equipped, comfortable and well-decorated :)

What a VIEW! The place is simply beautiful and the Airbnb setup allows you to enjoy it to the fullest. The places also match the photos. Finally, Maxime was very available, quick with responses and proactive, we had several local recommendations. We recommend this place, without hesitation.

This is my second visit to Alain and I love his house in Neuville. It's a beautiful place and the accommodation is very well furnished in addition to being right next to the river. It's beautiful and I'll definitely come back if I go back to Quebec and it's available. I would recommend this place to everyone if you are looking for a peaceful place near Quebec.

I don’t know how to convey our delight and satisfaction with Bernard and Francine as our hosts. They met us at check in and spent a great deal of time going over everything and recommending sights, experiences and eating establishments. We felt so at home in their beautiful home and so appreciated their amazing hospitality. Thank you so very much. We will be back again and again!!!

We had wonderful 4 days at Yves place. Layout is very smart. Wonderful windows and light. Bed very comfortable. Happily cooked in the kitchen. It is well positioned to walk to the old city and along the St. Lawrence River. On the other side of the Marina is an urban garden with the most amazing veggies. We had wonderful neighbors during out stay in the sister house boat next to us. Looking forward to coming back.

Exceptional stay in winter in this very cozy and warm chalet. The view of the Saint Laurent is crazy and transforms every day . Access may seem complicated but in the end there is no problem and if the ice threatened to prevent us from passing our host immediately ordered a snowmobile. We recommend for the location! Diane went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The location was right on the water although due to weather we were restricted from accessing it. The island was quiet but that was what we expected and wanted. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure. We'd love to come back and will stay with Diane again!

Absolutely loved my stay here, everything was amazing from the room to the view to Genevieve's friendliness. before I booked i made sure that it was okay that I could only speak english and she reassured me that it was perfectly fine. when I got there she was super friendly and speaking to me in English even though she didn't have to. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful night spent in the "Vue" studio, spacious, very clean and modern studio Very beautiful setting, watch out for mosquitoes! (Window screens, thankfully, haha) You have to love the road to get there but once you're there it's great! Good place

The chalet was nice and cozy! The weather was beautiful with the exception of the last day, and we spent all weekend sitting outside looking at the view. Loved the island and the accessibility of the house.

We had a great time and we loved the place. John and Charlie were great hosts and have heat recommendations on what to do in the area.
