Welcome to this bright 50 m2 studio, ideally located at the foot of the Colmiane ski slopes. Our apartment, on the ground floor, offers a comfortable living area with mountain views, open to an equipped kitchen; a cozy and modular bedroom area; a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, mountain biking, via Ferrata, zip lines, tree climbing, paragliding, swimming pools.

Studio with a view of the slopes, fully equipped and located at the La Colmiane ski resort. It sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There are several storage spaces available at the entrance and in the living space. We have fully equipped the studio so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with disabled space.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

In a village at the gates of Mercantour, this studio is on the ground floor of a 19th century house with period wall frescoes. This vaulted and bright space measures 15 m2. It consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a 140 X 190 bed, a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a dresser and a shower room with toilet. A bicycle shelter is available for guests. Adjacent is a common garden with other tenants for relaxation and mountain views.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the cottage, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and am therefore very available for guests.
