New, beautiful and tidy place, great location, I would definitely like to stay at this place again.

This place is wonderful! The description does not do it justice. Everything was well- planned and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The place was spotless and well stocked. Sonia and Carlos were the most accommodating host team we experienced in Colombia. Carlos deserves a prize for how comfortable and welcome he made us. From food recommendations to a tour of the area-- everything was 5-star. We look forward to staying with them again.

Had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and check-in was super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. One small note: the unit wasn’t as high up as I expected based on the photos, and it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The Apt was perfect and we enjoyed the kitchen that was well stocked and it was perfectly located for us to shop apartments in the area. The 1 problem is the view shown in the patio pictures doesn't exist. It's now a construction site and it was a bit disappointing since I had pictured myself taking my coffee in the morning enjoying the bliss of bird songs and nature and what I got was a construction site. Need to plant trees to block the view. The construction starts at 7 and since we rise early it didn't wake us but it is a bummer during breakfast. Santiago was extremely helpful and the apt itself is adorable and comfortable, and it is easy even without a car to grab an uber or bus and go anywhere you want in the area.

Had the best stay in Medellin in this apartment. I’ll dream of this view for weeks after returning to the states! The team was super responsive and helpful. The building was secure and the cafeteria that also provided room service was a complete game changer! I loved it here and I’ll most definitely be back! I enjoyed my stay at Adriana’s place. This modern apartment had everything I needed. The bed is comfortable and I enjoyed the private balcony. The location is unmatched. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, shopping, and an ATM nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

A gem 💎 of a place, on the second floor right next to a Turkish restaurant right in the middle of Provenza in El Poblado. The place is impecable, cozy, large bathroom with a small garden right in the shower:). Host and staff next door at restaurant with the best customer service and genuine treatment. Right in the middle of Provenza but far enough from the noise. Will be staying next time in Medellin for sure 👍

This apartment has an excellent location in Poblado, Medellin, just a short ride from key attractions like Plaza Botero, the Museum of Antioquia, and Medellin's Botanical Gardens. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. While Medellin's hilly terrain means some uphill walking, it enhances the experience of exploring this vibrant city and enjoying its thriving culinary and nightlife scenes. The apartment is immaculate and ideal for couples. With friendly security, you can feel safe while being close to nightlife without the noise, and construction nearby posed no issues.

I enjoyed my stay. Great location. David was kind and sent me great recommendations/places to eat, helped me with finding a gym, and even helped out with a situation with my taxi. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Love what he has done with the inside!

I very much enjoyed the loft the stairs were easy to navigate with a large suitcase. The place was very accessible to night life

What a beautiful view you can see all Medellin from the rooftop Jacuzzi. The house is modern and clean and safe. I will come back.

Fantastic stay, host were responsive to every need. Great spot if you plan to travel solo, lots of room and space for 2 as well. The Airbnb was clean with every necessity was available. 10/10 experience.

Charles and his team were amazing! Super responsive and any questions we had they were quick to answer. The view was beautiful and the hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch. The building felt very safe and the staff were really nice. We enjoyed the gym and the restaurant on site. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Excellent accommodation: clean, beautiful aesthetic, perfect location. Kind staff. I will return.

House was very nice and understanding the food at the café downstairs was amazing. The gym was cool. The pool was nice. The views were great overall is Definitely worth your money and I will stay again.

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.
