Born-place and passage of the renowned Ruta del Quijote, Villamanrique and Campo de Montiel are lands where Spanish culture and literature has grown. The distinguished Church of San Andrés Apóstol observes with splendour the natural surroundings of the municipality. Other points such as "La Casa Grande", or also known as "La Casa de los Manrique", declared of cultural interest with the category of monument stand out next to this 16th-century parish church. In this house lived the poet Jorge Manrique, author of the famous work "Coplas a la muerte de su padre". The village of Hornos is declared a Historic Site, it is pedestrianized although you can enter to load and unload luggage. Walking through its streets decorated with pots and flowers gives us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the essence of the rural world. The location of the house, in the center of the Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park, allows us to visit it by making 3 radial routes from Hornos.

A 10-minute drive away is the CITY of Caravaca de la Cruz, which will offer us an interesting religious, cultural, gastronomic and nature visit.
