The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

A modern, new house, quiet, located in a gated complex with great views. The center of Sangolqui is within easy reach. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, gives many tips. I'd love to come back

Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

We were super comfortable, thanks for all the help and suggestions. We'll be back soon. And the apartment is close to everything. Recommended and strategic location. Thanks again, he allowed us to arrive early, and was flexible with the check-in and check-out times.

Simply spectacular! I loved absolutely everything about the apartment. From the first moment I walked in, I knew I had made the right decision. The place is spacious, comfortable, with a cozy decor and everything perfectly designed to make you feel at home. But what I liked most was the cleanliness... everything was clean, impeccable. I'm super detail-oriented with that topic every time I travel, and this place exceeded all my expectations. Every corner shone, you could see the care and dedication, especially the bathrooms. The service was excellent, super friendly and always available for any questions or needs. You can tell they really strive to offer a quality experience. From the heart, I recommend it 1000%. If you're hesitating, don't think twice! I would definitely go back. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at.

This is the place I'd really like to recommend. It's a great place for those who want to rest peacefully in a quiet, countryside environment. 1. The host welcomed us with quick communication and kindness. It was comfortable and satisfying throughout the stay, not to mention before check-in. 2. The accommodation was really clean, and it was comfortable because it was equipped with kitchen utensils, toiletries, and towels. 3. The property is located in a highland overlooking Kumbya. It's not far from the city center, and I don't think it's a difficult place to access if you have a vehicle. It's a great place to enjoy a beautiful garden and a peaceful atmosphere. (Pretty cats and birdsong are a bonus) 4. The pre-ordered breakfast was of a higher quality than expected. I would recommend it to those staying. I would like to express my gratitude to the host for taking good care of me again, and I hope to stay again if I get a chance.

We enjoyed our stay for a few nights in Quito. The owner was very helpful picking us up from the airport and stoping at the local store to grab some things. We enjoyed the view from the balcony.

A good place for a quiet family, we arrived late and everything was quiet, always attentive, Don Correa spectacular, Jeferson very good reception, a place to rest, 20 minutes from downtown, I recommend it, it was super, thank you we will come back again, I thought we would not do well, but we did super well, thank you again, blessings.
