It has its own swimming pool, 3 rooms with their own bathroom (4 people per room), palm trees and a spectacular view. Our house has fresh water that comes from a nearby well. The pool is also freshwater. The kitchen at the house is very well equipped. Really lovely place and responsive hosts! It's close to the beach and town, but also a nice play to relax with the pool and very spacious yard. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals and snacks. There are two staff who are around during the day who were very kind and were able to help us find things or refill items for the house when they ran out. It looks like the owners are also working on further improvements to the property like adding a rooftop terrace. Overall, it's a great place for a group and we'd definitely come back.

The stay was incredible Luis is an excellent host, the facilities match the photographs, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy it is the one, since it is a very calm sector and with wide privacy, the nature that surrounds the house allowed us to see different species of birds both day and night. We will definitely be back soon!

Excellent place to go with friends, partner or family. There was a person in charge of seeing that all of our needs were covered. Thank you Gustavo! Another very good thing is that one can order food from a restaurant and take it to the door of the villa, with a very good and extensive menu No need to worry about cooking like in other Airbnb's. There are shops and super 24 very close. Everything was excellent!!! We will be back very soon

Rancho Pancho is a really beautiful and super comfortable house. We found the house clean and with so many touches that made our stay very comfortable. Javier is super accessible and attentive, a very good host. Hugo, the guardian, also supported us and was very kind. He kept the pool and the entire area clean.

we had a wonderful stay. the house has a beautiful charm and is furnished with a lot of love. the place is fantastic. the sea right outside the door and the pool is large. you could eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. the food of Lilly is fantastic. she cooked for us every day, as also the infrastructure of Monterrico does not have so much to offer in restaurants. joel has taken care of every one of our wishes. the two are great! We would not live so far away, we would be more often in the casa coricori.
