It has a 12x3 meter swimming pool with perimeter wiring for safety, ideal for swimming and a grill and wood oven area with shade for lunches. There is a ceiling fan in all rooms and an inverter air conditioner in the dining room. A fireplace in the living room and three Bosca wood-burning stoves in the bedrooms give warmth to the house.
