Built in the early 1900s, renovated without losing its essence and with all the amenities for your stay. It is equipped for 12 people, with a kitchen, stove and wood-burning oven. Also grill rack, and large park with a heated pool. It is located in a rural area, between the town of Juan Lacaze and the Balneario Artilleros resort.

Relax at this unique and tranquil place on Los Pinos beach. The house is very well equipped, with a river view from inside and outside the house. Great mountain with the Tembetari stream and trails next to it for walking, energizing and enjoying nature. Really enjoyable all year round. In the area, there are several shops where you can get everything you need. Possibility of transportation to and from the bus terminal etc. Minimum stay for 2 nights.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
