The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

The house is in a quieter area of Palermo, but very close to all the restaurants. We were greeted by Inês, who kindly showed us the house. The house is faithful to the photos, very beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect for a couple and children! The heating made the house very warm for the cold days. We felt at home and we would definitely come back.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

This house is a dream! It is very well designed, very comfortable in all the spaces and the terrace with a beautiful sun all day long is the best part. Rodrigo was an excellent host, he welcomed us very well and was attentive at all times! They left us beautiful welcome gifts! I have no doubt that I will be back!! Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all the necessary and clean materials. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find it and reported it to me. I found out later that the lost item was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The gentlemen at the reception are always helpful, careful about the building's security and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

Great location, steps away from theaters, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Subte. Super clean and with an incredible view to the obelisk. Could be a little noisy at heavy traffic hours.

Absolutely fantastic place, I feel is a gift for anyone to be able to stay in such a piece of history in the heart of Buenos Aires. Definitely a must, be prepared to be blown away. Viviana and her husband are such gems of host, very gracious and attentive. Definitely a must repeat

We stayed a week and liked it! Small space, but with everything we needed. Clean place, hot shower, comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony overlooking the lighthouse. Juan is a 10-star host, always available and attentive.

Everything was amazing!! Perfect apartment, everything working perfectly, brand new, very clean, easy access, excellent location, the view from the balcony was impeccable, I felt at home. Super recommend note 10.

I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. She was very quick to reply to whatever message I sent. The location is so nice in San Telmo, the heart of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets etc were so clean, which is very important for me. I would go there again, if I visit Buenos Aires again😊

The apartment is new and is in a very nice place in CABA. It has many restaurants nearby and the center is relatively close as well. I thought it was bigger in the photos.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

I was unable to make the trip due to weather and flight changes. Without any obligation, they returned what I spent on the reservation, which I really appreciate.

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
