In 2 minutes you are in the water, in 2 minutes you can take an air-conditioned nap. the fully equipped studio is on the first floor facing west with a beautiful terrace, sunset and small view of the salt marshes and in the distance the Almanarre. everything is at your fingertips: Porquerolles and the beaches of the peninsula. sunshine guaranteed!

It has a named parking space in a gated community. Its location allows you to fully enjoy the sea without car hassles! Depending on the season, the pleasures will vary. Located on the 1st floor, with a terrace of 15 m2, with very clear views of the garden and the sunset. Direct Access to the Beach . Car location. La Capte neighborhood, close to the village, the Gien peninsula and the Golden Islands pier. The beach is ideal for children and the practice of water sports .

My place ( redone in 2023) is close to the beach(30 meters),a supermarket, beach equipment, bakery, family-friendly activities, sailing,windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, jet skiing. You will also like the Almanarre beach 5 minutes away (kite surfing) For information, given the high demand, during the summer period (July and August) only stays of seven days minimum can be validated and only from Saturday to Saturday.
