Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

Located 10 minutes from Coutras or Saint Denis de Pile, and 25 minutes from Libourne. 2 kilometers from the village of Guîtres where you will find a bakery, bar-tobacconist, grocery store and pharmacies. Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde, Charentes-Maritimes or Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 sets of linens are provided. Studio in the countryside

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
