Come and settle in our neatly designed apartment located in the centre of La Roche-Chalais and just a dozen minutes from the equestrian centres of Chamadelle! This village boasts a bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria, press point and a renowned restaurant within walking distance. Supermarket is less than1 km away! The vineyards are about ten minutes away, Saint-Emilion is only about 30 minutes away, not to mention the co-workers in Cognac and Bordeaux about an hour away.

Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Relax in this peaceful, refurbished space for four guests. It is conveniently located in the North Gironde, not far from Saint Emilion and the Dordogne. You will have a furnished and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living area with sofa bed and a bedroom area with plenty of storage. But also an outdoor corner with table, and barbecue, free parking. Option to park motorcycles in a sheltered area if needed.
