Amaya's house is a 10, beautiful, wonderful and beautiful location, close to a restaurant area and a small supermarket, private parking, urbanization with heated pool, the terrace is a pass and the kitchen is very well equipped. To put a couple of things to improve: the windows do not have blinds, so as soon as the light comes in (although you close the window shutters) and, on a personal level, the double bed did not seem comfortable, not the pillows that were super comfortable.

Great pad. Super clean. Felt brand new. Everything we needed was there. Bedroom is quiet. Neighborhood felt safe enough. We only spent one night but would have been happy to stay longer. Good value.

The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay that I will repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and kind with any questions or requests. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that mosquitoes did not enter even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a pity, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment for a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Excellent!! We felt right at home, it's a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your home. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the children, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. We would definitely repeat

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Very charming, quiet and cozy house, with magnificent views from the terrace. It has all kinds of utensils and details, and was impeccably clean. As for the host, magnificent. Totally open to our requests and impeccable service, with the best response time of all our trips. Definitely to go back.

A good place to enjoy the area. Easy access, good communication and helpfulness from the host. Parking at the door of the house. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The stay was very pleasant. Angel is very thoughtful and kind, always attentive to what we needed and giving us local recommendations to visit. He gave us a couple of gifts and cooked a very tasty sponge cake. The apartment has very nice views and is next to the beach and diving centers. It's spacious and has everything you need for a few days of relaxation. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time that we have come to this accommodation for the peace that is breathed and the tranquility that there is on these dates. As the only comment, the coffee maker would have to be renovated and some cast light bulbs should be changed. Otherwise everything was perfect! They were very friendly at all times.

Ginés is a very welcoming and very available host. He responded very quickly to our requests. The apartment offered by Ginés is very nice and above all impeccably clean. Private and secure parking space is a plus. From the apartment everything is easily accessible on foot, the shops, the port, the beach and the Sunday morning market. In short, we loved our stay at Ginés's.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

This was a very comfortable and great apartment. It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes from lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The central air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. It was wonderful having access to a washer and dryer since we were traveling light. It was very clean and comfortable. And with the apartment being inside a building, felt very safe. I’d definitely recommend.

It was a nice short stay that deserves the name vacation, as everything was as described before and check-in was easy thanks to Sergio's clear and good instructions. He also fulfilled our special request. The only drawback was the very narrow parking spaces. But Sergio can't do anything about that and there are also plenty of options outside the parking lot belonging to the accommodation in the immediate vicinity and free of charge. If we are looking for accommodation in this area again, we will ask Sergio first.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modernly furnished. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partially permanent residents and vacation guests, making it a nice atmosphere. Pools were never crowded. Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.
