Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Alcarria

Muy linda casa, todo lo que se necesita y mas, Rosario penso en todo para que el huésped se sienta como en casa, hace mucho tiempo que no tengo una tan linda experiencia por airbnb, muy personal, amical y humana. Gracias

Tuvimos una excelente estadía. Gema y Almudena siempre fueron muy amables con nosotros. El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, equipado con todo lo que necesitábamos y el barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro! Nuestro único inconveniente fue el internet, ya que estuvimos un mes y tenía fallas casi todos los días, lo cual nos complicó a la hora de trabajar. Aún así súper recomendamos el lugar!

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Asuncion, het is een heerlijk plekje, zeker als je van de rust houdt van een klein bergdorpje. Het huis zelf straalt heel veel knusheid uit. Mochten we ooit in deze buurt terug komen zullen we zeker weer hier landen. M.v.g. Anneke en Henk uit Delft ( Holland )

¡Hola! Pasamos un fin de semana un par de familias y disfrutamos tanto de la casa como de la zona. La casa está reformada, cómoda, decorada con gusto y en perfectas condiciones. La comunicación y el trato con Guillermo ha sido inmejorable. Siempre atento y facilitándonos todas las consultas o peticiones. Tuvimos muy buen tiempo y aprovechamos la casa al máximo: nos bañamos en la piscina un montón de veces, hicimos barbacoa y pudimos disfrutar del porche y pasar mucho tiempo al aire libre, que era la idea. Es una zona de casas tranquila y sin ruidos. Los dormitorios son amplios y luminosos; y los de la planta superior tienen A/A. Camas cómodas y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario (cafetera, tostadora, etc.). Vamos, un sitio fantástico + un anfitrión de 10 por lo que repetiremos; sin duda! Gracias!

Nos ha encantado la casa y la verdad que si en las fotos llama la atención, cuando llegas es todavía mejor. Un 10 para la casa y para los propietarios, que resolvieron todos nuestras dudas y nos han ayudado a recuperar una maleta que nos dejamos.

Un lugar tranquilo y bonito con muchas comodidades para pasar unos dias cerca de Madrid pero en la naturaleza. Relax y aire fresco.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings like a dream. Our kids loved the swimming pool, and so did we. Frank was incredibly nice and helpful, great communication all around. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bárbaras apartment. The apartment is just a short walk to a metro station or you could head into Central Madrid via a beautiful park. Everything you will need is in the apartment and the pool was a fantastic treat after the hot Madrid days. Thanks Bárbara for a wonderful stay.

Fue como llegar a la casa de huéspedes de un familiar. Nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano por la mañana y Cristina nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora y también entrar al Airbnb que estaba disponible. El tiempo de respuesta a los mensajes es casi inmediato. Cristina es muy agradable y amable, al igual que su hijo al que conocimos cuando estaba de visita y nos ayudó en una ocasión a prender el televisor. Única vez que tuvimos que contactarla porque el televisor no encendía y en menos de 10 min. ya lo habían arreglado. Los detalles de Cristina son excelentes, nos recibió con una botella de vino y pequeño snack, una botella de agua en el refrigerador (aún cuando nos informa que el agua del grifo es potable), hay secadora de pelo en el baño, cepillo y algunos toiletries. La estación del metro está relativamente cerca, son 2 o 3 cuadras. En ese trayecto hay 2 supermercados, 1 tienda de abarrotes, 1 o 2 bares y algo de comercio. Un lindo parque atrás de la casa.

Séjour de 4 nuits qui s’est très bien déroulé. L’appartement est très central et tout peut se faire à pieds ou en métro (qui se trouve en bas de l’immeuble). L’appartement en lui-même est spacieux, tout équipé et sécurisé, Merci !

Many thanks, Maria Jose, for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was perfect for us (2 parents, 2 grown up kids), perfectly appointed for all that we needed. We loved the outside terrace. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

I loved the appartment. Two bathrooms were great as I needed to get up earlier. The living room and the kitchen are very well equipped and the balcony is great to relax in the morning in the sun. When I am coming again to Madrid I will for sure try to get this gorgeous appartment.

Location ideal. Walk to just about all areas in Madrid in a short time. Two subway stations nearby, if desired. The apartment has everything Gigi described. The terrace is very large, well-furnished, and faces west. Therefore, the sun shines on it from mid-late morning to the early evening. There is a large awning that unfold automatically for shade, if needed. In addition, if you look down, it is a very restaurant, store and pedestrian area, but the terrace is so high up that you can enjoy your time outside eating or reading with virtually no noise from below. Many people enjoy going to restaurants with rooftop dining and drinking. This terrance is comparable to those rooftop restaurants! Our host, Gigi, was simply amazing. She actually owns the apartment and cares for it as if she lives in it. She was incredibly responsive to all inquiries before and during our rental. On a scale of 10, I would score her 100--just superlative. Great hot water for showers, too

El piso está precioso y es todo un oasis de tranquilidad. Asimismo es muy funcional con una cocina bien equipada y buena climatización. Estuve durante una ola de calor y se agradece tanto el ventilador de techo de la habitación como el aire acondicionado en el salón

We returned to Rafi's apartment as we enjoyed our stay last year. Rafi is a kind and helpful host who always responds. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We love the terrace overlooking the church and the storks' nests. The situation is excellent for everything in the town like shopping, cafes and restaurants and bus transport. Manzanares is a magical place for us with the local culture, walking and birdwatching.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!
