Muy buenas estancia, repetiré seguro!

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

Lo pasamos muy bien. Muy cómodo el apartamento para dos y podés recibir dos visitas a comer. Muy gentil y atento nuestro co-anfitrión Vojko a las consultas que le hicimos. Cerca del centro, de Museos principales, de Atocha por si viajas en tren a otra ciudad. Vas caminando y llegas en 10' . Lindo y pintoresco el Barrio Lavapies. Hay comercios para provisiones cerca y muchos bares a 4' del apartamento. Está en piso 4 por escaleras pero subís bien. Igual ya verás que ningún edificio de viviendas de 4 pisos tiene ascensor.

El apto tiene una excelente ubicación, la atención hacia nosotros fue de primera clase todo el tiempo fueron muy atentos. El apto está muy cómodo y limpio. Volveremos sin lugar a duda. Muy recomendado para unas buenas vacaciones. Gracias a María que siempre nos colaboró en todo!

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

L'appartement se trouve en plein centre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, dans un quartier très vivant. Situé au 1er étage, il est spacieux, lumineux et une fenêtre du séjour s'ouvre sur une place. Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cet appartement qui est parfait pour un couple. La décoration est agréable, la cuisine et la salle de douche-WC sont bien agencées. Petit bémol, la salle de douche et le WC sont commandés par la chambre, ce qui pourrait créer un inconfort au-delà de deux personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la souplesse de Enrique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et nous le recommandons aux couples qui souhaitent se trouver en plein centre de Madrid.

great place. clean. quiet. well equipped. AC worked well. Near the metro. The Lavapies neighborhood is fine but we much prefer other neighborhoods in Madrid.

Carlos's place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for 1-2 guests max. If its 2 people and you both have huge bags/luggage storage may be in issue but the space is laid out incredibly well. It was super clean and he provided welcome snacks and drinks that were all free which was a really nice touch. He was a really awesome host as well. Very responsive, provided great recommendations and even assisted with travel instructions/directions. The apartment is in the middle of everything. you can walk 5 minutes and pass about 6 different restaurants and bars in either direction. A really great stay all around . Thank you Carlos!

El apartamento nos resultó muy cómodo y tenia todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera, además de estar muy bien ubicado. Manuela se mostró muy predispuesta y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es para volver!

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato in appartamento una signora che faceva le pulizie in appartamento troppo carina e gentile. Ha pulito tutto l’appartamento da cima a fondo tutto profumava. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene con l’host, è stato chiaro in tutto ed era veramente molto attivo nel gestire il tutto. La consiglierei veramente a tutti! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Fantástico! A casa está super próxima dos principais pontos turísticos (com imensos autocarros na rua), assim como de imenso comércio, restaurantes e farmácias. A simpatia do Marcos e da Beatriz, aliada à limpeza e estética da casa, fez com que pretendamos regressar a este airnb. Perfeito! Obrigada!

En pleno Lavapiés, pero a la vez muy tranquilo y cómodo. Muy bien situado. El piso muy limpio y cómodo. Todo nuevo. Recomendable para una pareja.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Victor. C’est Carlos qui nous a reçu, et avec qui nous avons échangé. Il était très réactif, serviable et disponible pour la moindre chose. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Madrid. Métro à proximité, et ligne qui dessert très facilement le centre. Le logement était impeccable à notre arrivée, et très beau. Merci beaucoup et on recommande. ☺️

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

El alojamiento es muy tranquilo y tiene rutas cerca para incluso darse un chapuzón. Recomendable si quieres desconectar en sentido literal del mundanal ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
