We have renovated a good old Japanese house and prepared a space where you can stay comfortably while retaining the Japanese style. The spacious house is perfect for family vacations, trips with friends, and trips with your significant other. There is Uchimoku Onsen town nearby, where you can enjoy day trips and food tours, and it is also a great base for sightseeing in Aso, with good access to Mt. Aso and Mt. Daikanzan. Enjoy a heartwarming Japanese house stay at Asoya while enjoying the unique hot springs, nature, and food of Aso. This is a house with a view of the Aso-gozan mountain range and countryside through the wooden terrace in the living room. The 2 Japanese-style bedrooms have 2 semi-double beds and futons. The large L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, so you can enjoy cooking. There is also a covered outdoor area, so you can park your car or motorcycle. Please feel free to wash your car. The room also has a view that changes depending on the season. You can enjoy a BBQ in the yard. We also rent BBQ sets (for a fee). It is a quiet place surrounded by nature. Great for dusk. Also great for workcations. There are many surfing points and fishing points nearby. * It takes more than 20 minutes on foot from the station and bus stop, so please come by rental car, etc. Parking is available for one vehicle. * There are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so please eat and shop in advance.

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.

A 10-second walk to the harbor! This house is perfect for those who love fishing or want to enjoy marine leisure during their stay. The house is newly built and opened in July 2021. The house has a capacity of 4 adults, but it can accommodate 6 people including children. Please contact us in advance. The house is equipped with an automatic hot water heater and a dishwasher to ensure a comfortable stay. There is no fence on the deck, so please be careful to keep an eye on small children.
