갑자기 정한 일정이지만 4박5일 동안 정말 편안히 쉬다가 왔어요~ JR하카타역에서 JR미나미 후쿠오카역까지 1정거장이고 걸어서 10분채 안되는 거리, 버스정류장이 가까워서 하카타역이나 공항까지 쉽게 갈수 있어서 너무 좋았어요~ 대신 출퇴근시간엔 피해주시는게 좋을듯... 쇼핑보다는 먹방, 온천이 목적이라 북산큐패스와 그린패스 이용해서 다녔구요 간간히 비많이 온날은 JR타고 다녀서 교통비가 들긴 했어요;; 숙소 자체가 2층이라 순타로씨가 캐리어 올려다주셨고 혼자 또는 2명정도 지내기엔 딱좋았구요 전체적으로 깔끔하고 청결했어요~ 열이 많은편이데도 불구하고 많이 추운편이니 히터는 틀고 자는게 좋을거 같아요~ 근처에 호수인지 강이 있어서 냄새가 난다셨는데 그닥 느껴지지 않았어요 단점이라면 제 귀가 밝은편이라 비행기 이착륙할때나는 소리, JR지나가는 소리가 들려서 자다깨보니 대충 몇시란걸 짐작할수 있었네요ㅎㅎ;;, 각종 편의시설은 전부 근처에 다 있어서 멀리까지 이동안해서 정말 편하구요~ 이숙소의 호스트이신 순타로씨 정말 영어도 잘하시고 제가 버벅거려도 눈치껏 다 이해해주시고 시시때대로 모를때마다 문자보냈을때 바로바로 답장주시고 너무나 친절하셔서 불편함없이 지내다 왔네요 너무 감사드려요^^ Thank you for Shuntaro San~~^^

The Stairs Apartment was a brand new modern loft with one bed on the ground floor, and another accessible above by ladder. The dining table also functioned as an office desk, and all around felt like a very efficient use of space. It was close to a subway station and an amazing grocery store. It even had a real espresso machine! I had a great stay and highly recommend!

Excellent self contained apartment. Clean. Well appointed. Strong professional host. Close to the station and all amenities. Very good value for money. Would happily stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and very supportive throughout my visit. I truly appreciated their hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

숙소는 청결했고, 체크인도 간단했습니다. 보통 벳푸는 렌트카를 타고 이동하는데, 건물 내 무료로 주차할 수 있는 영역이 정해져있어 주차하기 너무 편했어요! 숙소에서 바닷가쪽으로 길을 건너 조금만 걸어올라가면 텐동집이있는데 강추합니다. 이제껏 먹어보지 못한 엄청난 튀김이었어요!!! 숙소는 청결했고, 도로의 자동차 소리가 조금 들리긴 했으나, 자기에 시끄럽거나 하는 정도는 아니었습니다~! (아, 혹시 흡연자라면 불편하실 수 있어요. 건물 내 전체 구역이 금연구역이고 주변으로 나가도 흡연 가능한 곳이 딱히 없습니다.)

텐진역 도보로 10분거리인 아주 깨끗한 숙소

I stayed for 3 weeks and the location was great! Subway was walking distance and central was a quick ride away. There’s a grocery store right across the street and the Hakozaki area is peaceful! The hosts were responsive. Would highly recommend!

离新水前寺JR站挺近的，周围居民们很热情。三个人住稍微有些挤，不过床很舒服。总之性价比很高。

Feels like at home! Spacious even for 5 of us. Clean, quiet surrounding. Very near konbini and only 3 mins to station. Very recommended!

Great clean place with lots of space, quiet and in great location. Beds are comfortable and fast wifi. One of my favourite places in Japan. Highly recommended

Nous avons rarement été aussi bien accueillis, un grand merci pour toutes les attentions qui nous attendaient et votre serviabilité ! Le logement était impeccable et très bien équipé. Surtout les lits étaient vraiment très confortables 😍

Although the walk from the subway station was quite a distance(around 15mins walk) but it was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions given by the host. The area of the house was quiet and peaceful. Nothing much to do around the house but it was easy to get to the subway station Sasabaru which is just two stops away from Hakata station. The house is very clean and cosy. Although the aircon broke down on our 4th night, the host was very proactive in replying and helping to solve the problem although it was already 11pm in the night. They even managed to arrange a repairman to fix the aircon the next day. All in all, it was a great stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Fukuoka.

먼저 하카타 역에서 큰길을 따라가다가 블럭 안으로 들어가면 쉽게 도착할 수 있어 숙소를 찾기 어렵지 않습니다. 숙소 내부는 매우 쾌적합니다. 잠자리가 많아 여럿이서 머물 수 있고 특히 부엌에 다양한 조리기구가 준비되어있어 오래 머물기에 좋아 보입니다. 대문 잠금 시스템의 다소 불안했지만 문제 없습니다. 늦게 체크인 하여 다음 날 일찍 이동하느라 오래 머물지 못했지만, 가족들 모두 쾌적하게 이용했습니다. 4~5인 인원에게 추천하고 싶습니다. 호스트 님은 체크인 전까지 주변에 있는 행사나 맛집, 가는 길 정보에 대해 친절하게 설명해주셨습니다. 멋진 장소 제공 감사합니다.

丁寧な対応がとても印象的でした。 5人で泊まりましたが、ベット4台ですが、シングルベッドがもう一台飛び出る仕組みになってて、5台あったので全く問題なかったです。 ありがとうございました。

整體CP值非常的高如果下次有機會來還會想再入住，棉被有香香的味道也很貼心的有提供棉花棒、髮圈、雨傘等，房間裡面還有榻榻米的味道，很有日本房間的感覺！房東也都會即時回覆，會推薦給親朋好友入住～

I had a very nice and comfortable stay here. Communication with the host 10/10; ease in getting into the Airbnb 10/10; comfort and cleanliness of room 10/10; aircon 10/10; hot water and water pressure 10/10; close to train, bus, convenience, stores, market, restaurants 10/10. I definitely recommend this host!

역에서 멀지않고 숙소도 엄청 깨끗해서 좋았습니다

4명이서 방문했는데 너무 편안하게 잘 쉬었어요. 골든위크 기간에 방문해서 호텔이 너무 비싸서 차라리 최대인원 수 많은 에어비앤비에서 머물기러 했는데 최고의 선택이였어요. 일본 숙소는 대체적으로 작은데가 많다고 했는데 화장실도 넓고 잠자는 공간도 여유 있었어요. 쇼파침대가 의외로 편했답니다 !! 건물 새거에 넷플릭스도 되고 식탁도 있고 베란다도 있고 호스트 분도 엄청엄청 친절하세요. 하카타역에서 걸어서 약 13분? 정도고 근처에 로손, 세븐일레븐 있어서 편의성도 좋아요. 수건 갯수가 묵는 숙박일 보다 적게 나오는 것만 조금 불편하고 다 넘 좋았습니다. 하카타에서 묵으실 분은 꼭 여기서 숙박하세요 !! 별5개 입니당 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
