Kyoto Seifuan is a 4-minute walk from Higashiyama Station on the Tozai subway line, with convenient transportation and shopping, and you can also walk to nearby temples, Heian Shrine, Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and Gion. It is a private space for rent, but in case of emergency, you can contact the staff 24 hours a day by mobile phone and email, so you can feel at ease. We will do our best to accommodate your requests before your stay, before check-in, and after check-out. My house is very conveniently located: Keihan railway (Demachiyanagi station) is 1 minute away walking. Shimogamo Jinja (shrine) is 5 minutes walking. Ginkaku-ji (temple) is 10minutes walking. Fushimi Inari (temple) is 15minutes by Keihan railway. The house is also near to many Bus terminals.There are a rent-a-bicycle shop and many Japanese foods shops near my house. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
