A brand new cottage located in Åvedal right by Åvedalsvannet. Quiet place with rich wildlife close to nature. Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim by the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway should be experienced by motor enthusiasts. Preparete ski slopes on Sætra.

Just a short walk away you will find downtown with shops and restaurants, as well as playground and park. There are also opportunities for swimming on the sandy beach close to the apartment. If you want ski trips, there are good opportunities for great trips of different lengths with a lovely view (the mountain right behind the apartment).

The Golf Club view are not far away. 5 minutes from E39 Charging station for Electric Car. Nice cabin in cabin area. With bathroom, toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer and TV with, among other things, Norwegian channels. Wifi Charging station for Electric Car available upon request. We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Extremely versatile property that is great for singles,couples,couples and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready,but must be left on your own.

The place was exactly as described and in the pictures. The cabin is beautifully located on the lake. Our 4 children had a lot of fun with the canoe and the SUPs and fishing. The cabin was very well and luxuriously equipped. I would be happy to come back.

This tree top cabin is absolutely magical! Everything is made with precision and care, with ingenious architectural details. We have had an absolutely fantastic weekend watching birds, paddling canoe and rowboat, taking a sauna and swimming. The cabin is equipped with everything you need, and with a comfort you do not expect in the wilderness. We have had a great time and really found peace up in the treetop in the woods. A unique experience!

Beautiful house - was what we expected from the pictures. Scenery was unbelievable, it was quiet and private. Really wish the hot water had been working in the kitchen sink and outdoor shower. Also wish the hot tub wasn't an extra cost to use -- it should just be part of the overall price as it's one of the main draws and features in the rental description. Overall amazing, would stay again, but for the price, would want the hot water working.

One of the best stays of my trip. The location is just perfect, and the house matches the surroundings. Beautiful views over the fjord and perfect terrace to enjoy the sun. The house itself was super clean and cozy. Just wished I could have stayed longer 🥰
