The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Приятного отдыха!!!

Квартира находится в центре города.Дорога до пляжа займёт 10-15 минут прогулочным шагом по набережной. В 2 шагах находится центр старого города.Так же рядом детская игровая площадка, канатная дорога,морской вокзал,яхт клуб,приморский бульвар,морские прогулки на катерах,экскурсионное бюро. Аптека ,которая работает круглосуточно.Множество ресторанов,баров,кафе.Банки и обменные пункты валюты.Не далеко рыбные ресторанчики и рынок,базар и центральный автовокзал.В соседнем доме супермаркет.

Отличная локация. Совсем рядом от города, но при этом весь Батуми как на ладони. Сняли дом на новогоднюю ночь. Лучший вид на салюты был гарантирован. Сам участок окружен зеленью, что обеспечивает приватность. Соседи где-то в далике. Тихое и спокойное место. В доме тепло и чисто. Горячая вода, фен, полотенца. Кухонная утварь. Спальное место наверху. Внизу диван тоже раскладывается. Возможно припарковаться неподалёку. Вообщем придраться даже не к чему. Очень комфортно, цивильно, уютно.

"Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns bei jedem Problem, das aufgetreten ist, sehr geholfen. Die Umgebung des Hauses war sehr sauber und sicher, und mein Mann und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen."

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Ev görülecek yerlere yakın. Evin etrafında iki market var ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebilirsiniz. Lokanta olarak tercih çok fazla var. Biz gezmek için taşıt kullanmadık. Yürüyerek her yer 10 dakikaydı. Evde belirtilen tüm olanaklar mevcuttur. Eve girdiğimizde ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Bize karşı çok kibar yaklaştılar, iletişim dilimiz ingilizceydi. Fakat bilmiyorsanız sorun yok çeviri kullanabilirsiniz. Evde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Biz türkler olarak bu evi tavsiye ediyoruz. Tekrar gelecek olsam yine burayı seçerim.
