The whole ground floor is for rent, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a gazebo. The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

A spacious balcony is furnished with a glass-top table and several chairs, offering a serene view of the sea and surrounding trees. Large glass doors allow natural light to flood the space, enhancing the peaceful ambiance of the cottage.

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.

If you plan to stay by the black sea in Georgia, Cottage Petra is one of the best choices. You can reach the beach within a 10-minute walk. Kohbuleti is nearby for restaurants etc. The cottage itself is super nice and comfortable, with all the comforts. You can cook well and eat on the balcony with beautiful views over the black sea. In the garden, you can also have a BBQ. The host and his family are very accommodating and kind. In short, a very unique and beautiful place.

- There is a transfer from the airport. The hosts will be waiting with a sign immediately after receiving your luggage. - Private area (only you and owners). - A big kind dog. - Two beautiful cats. One is trusting, the other is cautious. - Optional: delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also really delicious pizza. - There is always the opportunity to ask the owners to buy something in the city for you (they brought me ice cream). - If you don’t have cash, don’t worry. The owners have a payment terminal. - On the third floor there is a hammock and two sun loungers under the roof. There are also sockets there - you can lie with a laptop or tablet. - The apartments themselves are very bright and clean, with everything you need. Ideal for long stays. - The center of Chakvi is ten minutes on foot. NOTES: - Nearby is a small bamboo grove. - On the street you can meet a cow and a calf. - The owners are also travelers. Ask about their adventures. Until we meet again. =]
