It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. Tokiwa Town is the only area where you can experience the great outdoors and rural life of Hokkaido, located about 40 minutes by train from Sapporo. In addition, the town was developed by samurai, and the local shrine enshrines the samurai god. Local shops are also attractive, and there are interesting shops such as a game shop and an izakaya where you can interact with cats. I recommend staying for a week or more to experience local life in this special town. If you stay longer, you can learn more about Tobetsu-cho. We renovated an old farmhouse in a farming village that produces delicious Hokkaido rice as a private hideaway space. We are currently trying to lead the life of a small farmer in a slightly inconvenient environment, and are continuing to improve the facilities. Please enjoy the entire building and the entire premises. You will procure ingredients in the surrounding area, cook rice over a fire, and cook and eat your own meals.
