My dad spent years using this space as his painting studio. Unique wooden floors have traces of oil paint & the energy at our now converted seaside home is highly inspiring - people staying here suddenly get business ideas or start writing poems! Our huge cozy couch is perfect for slow mornings & reading books, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need. The seaside is not far (it takes around 35min on foot, as there is a forest to cross), and it's a 5min car ride.

You will have a quiet and exclusive rest in the apartments in the center of Klaipeda with a courtyard (terrace, barbecue), although 100 m away the city life is boiling. You can easily reach: the old town - 700 m., the old ferry - 1.5 km., railway and bus stations - 800 m. You can come with a child up to 3 years old (inform the crib will be prepared) and the pet - the yard is fenced, you will all be able to have a quiet time.

Quiet place for you or your family stay in Nida. Between the lagoon and the sea, surrounded by pine trees and the Dunes. The new apartment is located on the second floor of a house with a large balcony, so you can enjoy the sun in all seasons. Rooms have wooden floors. Bathroom with heated floors. Free parking all year round except on summer time. During summer we suggest to use public parking for 6Eur/day

Vip cottage

Enjoy this wonderful romantic place surrounded by nature. The VIP apartments are located on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, on the second floor there is a bedroom. When the weather cools down, vacationers will be able to spend the evening by the fireplace in the living room. The VIP apartment is 45 m2. The apartments have a separate green area surrounding them.

Pedestrian ferry to Curonian Spit, Nida, Dolphinarium is easy reachable on foot in 10 min. Closest bus stops are located within 3 minutes walk. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a German-built residential building of 1900, in the city center. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops around. Within a walking distance there is a promenade, a cruise ship terminal, a ferry crossing to the Curonian Spit, where there are wonderful beaches, a dolphinarium, and a marine museum. The central market is within a 10-minute walk.
