There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were personally welcomed on site. Communication was simple and uncomplicated. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

The place was fine and matched the description. My stay was short, so I didn’t get to experience much, but everything went smoothly.

Absolutely amazing stay, was worth the money! Right on the water just across the bridge from old town. Perfect place to stay for sight seeing, tours and exploring Zadar.

The room was fantastic, the place was very clean on arrival. we checked in early which was fine and even let us check out late which was really appreciated. The host was great, any questions we had were answered. would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The stay was very relaxed, had good connection to the main road and was still very quiet, also no mosquitoes in the rooms ;) Check-in was flexible and everything you need for a few days stay

Amazing home. Awesome host. My husband and I have stayed in dozens of AirBNBs throughout the U.S. and Europe. This was one of our favorites, and we definitely hope to return someday. From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were staying with a friend. Our host, Vesna, is an artist, and the place where we stayed is her former studio. It's decorated with her artwork (paintings, sculptures, ceramics, even painted lamps). During our three days here, surrounded by her art, we felt embraced with her joy and kindness. It was truly a magical experience, especially with the sunshine streaming through the many windows and the lovely trees all around. Vesna lives in a separate home on the property, so she was close if we needed her. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as my husband and I each had our own shower and our own water heater! And it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Opatija. A superb stay!

This place was THE MOST BEAUTIFUL house I have ever been to. There is a private beach/river boat and backyard that has full kitchen and barbecue capacity, and it just feels so surreal to be there right on the riverside. Jasmin was so kind, responsive and accommodating. The house was so clean and spacious. It was perfect for us to have a basecamp to travel to Plitvice. I highly recommend this house to anyone who will be visiting the area. The neighborhood itself is so peaceful and beautiful as well. Please don’t hesitate to book this place!!!!! Absolutely amazing.

A dream stay! Everything was great! The owner Anja is incredibly warm and nice, the communication worked smoothly. The accommodation is cozy and compact, offering an exceptionally high level of relaxation with a sauna and jacuzzi. The location is a real highlight: at the top of the mountain, almost in the middle of the forest – absolute peace and pure relaxation. However, it should be noted that the path there leads over many serpentines, which makes the journey a little more demanding. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

The house is beautiful. It's decorated with lots of details to delight. It looks even better in person than it does in the photos. It has a huge fenced yard where the son and dog played with peace of mind. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet area and is ideally positioned by the forest, making it an ideal location for a relaxed holiday away from the noise of the city's hustle and bustle. We spent Christmas at the house and the snow that fell made our whole vacation fairytale. The hostess is super friendly, responsive, inquires. She gives precise instructions and is available throughout the stay. Thanks again for everything 😃

Helena was a great host. She was on time, friendly, accomodating and even helped carry our luggage from the parking spot to our home. Her home is on one of the oldest streets in Ravinj. It is right next door to a friendly market which was convenient. A restaurant is directly across the street and the customers were a bit loud (and smoked outside which sometimes penetrated the house) at times BUT when you closed the shutters and inside windows, you could hardly hear them. Alll things considered, we loved our stay and you will be hard-pressed to find a more charming spot in Old Town! Dobar dan!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Love the location which is easy for walking to lower downtown and for taking the tram right below the flat to other areas. The flat is very big with great sunlight and balcony is def a plus. Everything was clean and well maintained and hosts were also friendly and helpful. It is also good value to money. Will reco to other travellers.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. Thanks for everything!

All in all, the stay for 2 nights was good. Everything was within walking distance. You had everything you needed. We booked the apartment mainly because of the concert in the arena opposite. It was practical. For 4 people, it would have been a little better if there was also a 4th thicker blanket. Unfortunately, the large balcony window in the living room did not seem to be completely tight, which is why it was relatively loud and a small draft came through. Should there ever be a concert in the arena again, I would book the apartment again.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nikola’s apartment. Central location was perfect for our quick overnight. Nikola was a great hostess, and she provided juice and beer (great on a warm day) as well as chocolate (which our kids enjoyed!) - extra touches that made us feel so welcome. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable (even the couch bed), and the apartment was very quiet during our visit, even though it is on a main pedestrian street. Recommend one of the free walking tours to give you a better understanding of the city. Also enjoyed the botanical gardens. All attractions are walkable. We would absolutely stay here again!
