This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us.

This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. Introducing a private oasis of comfort and charm, our newly renovated tiny house. This simple retreat is a testament to minimalist luxury and offers a convenient escape near Kona International Airport and downtown Kailua Kona. The exterior of the tiny house is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and simple design, featuring a quaint porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or working on the computer while gazing at the pacific ocean.

Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!
