Beachfront vacation rentals in Kui Buri District

The house is very nice, spacious, good atmosphere, good view, but maybe someone is a little crowded when we go, there is a pickup truck to park at the sea at the beach in front of the house and turn on the noise in the little noise. The house is jammed at the upstairs bedroom, there is no bathroom, time to use the bathroom, you have to walk down the gas, the gas stove will be gas, the house is not a can of gas, and the swimming pool will go a little small. As for the maid service, overall it is good.

A very good travel experience, the environment is particularly good, facing the sea spring flowers, my boyfriend and I are looking forward to the next arrival!

We had an amazing stay at the sea condo from Bin. Peaceful and calm area with a big pool and a modern condo - can't ask for more. We'll come back as soon as we can - Thank You!

It was a wonderful stay!!! The owner, Mr Chaowa, he is very responsive and always ready to assist. The room is nice, clean and spacious enough with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need for a comfortable life, you feel at home. The sea is just across the road and you can enjoy sea breeze. There is a great long embankment for walking just at the exit of the condominium. There are a few nice cafes within walking distance. Of course, it’s a little bit far from the shops and sea food fresh markets, but if you have the car and you prefer quiet place, it’s the best place ever!

I love waking up to the sunrise over the bay. Truely the best panoramic ocean view. A perfect getaway. The room is comfortable and super clean with great public facility.

The view from the balcony is unbelievably stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is fully equipped and very well mantained. The area is safe. Also has a direct acess to the beach. Love the place.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

The apartment was great; well decorated and furnished next to a vibrant night market. The pool was very pleasant as well. Mu Mu was a great host, she ensured that we all were able to get into the apartment okay and was very responsive throughout the weekend. We left an item in the apartment and Mu Mu was even kind enough to mail it back to us in Bangkok. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great place, staff were great and the pool area is fantastic. The balcony doesn’t have any furniture at the moment which is a shame as it would have been nice to sit out there in the mornings/evenings.

We had such a good time at this home. It was exactly what we needed for a large family getaway. The home was clean and beautiful. The house keeper was so helpful too. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this property to all.

Great if you want to wake up to the sound of waves looking over the ocean. Saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon. Comfy bed, nice pool and well equipped. Hot water and Wi-Fi would be a massive improvement (mobile data signal is really strong in the area though). Car or motorbike is needed to get around.

It’s a beautiful place. You feel like in close connection with nature. It’s great fir those who travel by car as all shops are quite far from the place. But there are some cafes nearby and you can enjoy Thai food just right at the beach. The condominium has a nice and big swimming pool and you can enjoy there a lot. The condo we stayed was a spacious one with everything for living. It had a beautiful view to the mountain and it was really great to have breakfast at the balcony with our eyes turned to the mountains. There are nice beds with comfortable mattresses. The host , Kavin, was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always in touch and helped with everything we asked for. It was a nice experience and we will stay at his apartment again definitely.
