beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Gayet güzel bir konaklamaydı. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi ve temizdi. Dışarıda inşaat çalışması olduğundan dolayı ses vardı. Onun dışında bir sorun yoktu.

Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Ev çok güzel bir bölgede, çok güzel bir evdi. Küçük çocuklu ailelerin dikkatli olması gerekli çünkü evde çok fazla aksesuar var ve çocuklar çok meraklı. Bir de böcekler konusunda fobiniz var ise biraz sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz. Yataklar çok rahattı, fazla havlular sağlanmıştı.

We stayed absolutely loved this house! The location is just perfect — everything you might need is within walking distance: cafes, shops, transportation, you name it. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable! The host was amazing — very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. She answered all our messages super quickly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We rented the whole house with friends, and it was such a great experience! The place had a really cozy vibe, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly like the pictures — maybe even better! We had an incredible time and would 100% love to come back.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Check-in persönlich begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Great location to see Istanbul and amazing view from the place. The neighborhood is charming and a close walk to popular spots like Taksim Square and a bunch of great restaurants/locations in Cihangir and Karaköy...just be ready for some uphill walking. Right by a train line to take to historic sites in Fatih or to a nearby stop where you can ferry across to the Asian side. Lots of awesome cats to befriend nearby too. You'll have to trek up some stairs (about 64 steps) which was okay for us. The AC worked well and the wifi was decent. The shower was pretty tight on space and could be difficult for taller folks but the hot water was reliable and it gets HOT. It would've been nice to have some extra amenities provided like paper towel, laundry detergent, add'l toilet paper, etc. but there are shops nearby. Bed was comfy, pillows were okay. Hasan was friendly and very responsive. He helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which was much appreciated.

İletişim çok hızlıydı. Eve giriş çok kolaydı. Talimatlar net ve anlaşılırdı. Ev çok temizdi. Muhit ve manzara çok güzeldi. Tek araçlık otopark kullanımı mevcuttu. Manzara kusursuzdu. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık.

Nice location, nice view and cute interior. The place is a lot more spacious than what I expected. A very comfortable stay in general.

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Ev görseldeki ile birebirdi çocuk dahil 9 kişi konakladık villa 4 katlı ve temizdi tüm eşyalar kullanılabilir haldeydi hiç her ihtiyacımızı rahatlıkla karşıladık. We had a fantastic stay at Nebiye's beautiful home near the Istanbul Airport (IST) during our family reunion. The house was spacious and comfortable, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a charming garden—perfect for accommodating our entire family. The tranquil surroundings were one of the highlights. We loved starting our mornings with peaceful walks, waking up to birdsong, and enjoying the calm, relaxing atmosphere of the quiet neighborhood. It felt like a true retreat, despite being just minutes from the airport. The location was ideal. The Black Sea coast—with its beach, harbor, and delicious seafood restaurants—was only about 20 minutes away and offered something for everyone. Central Istanbul and its major attractions were also easily accessible via the nearby highways. We made wonderful memories during our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
