Vacation rentals with a pool in Kuching

Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.

We had an amazing time staying at this homestay—it was truly one of the best experiences we've had as a family! The unit was clean, comfortable, and came with great facilities, also very impressive in terms of home safety. It came equipped with a modern digital lock system and secure access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. especially the swimming pool which the kids absolutely loved. The swimming pool was a great bonus and perfect for family bonding time. One of the best parts also was the karaoke set – we had so much fun singing and spending time together as a family! The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to Vivacity Mall, making it super convenient to find food, restaurants, and do a little shopping. Everything we needed was close by, which made the whole trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

great place to stay

there is not much to say about this house, it’s perfect in all aspect. feels like home and very clean. for improvements maybe the host can provide “real” towel not the disposable one for guest stay 3 nights/longer and add more cutlery and glass since it has very view of them. nice stay 👍🏼👍🏼 hope to stay again next trip to kuching

location is quiet and relax. facilities is well maintain. just 10 min drive to airport.

The host very responsive & the unit is worth the price. Perfect for two people. The room is clean. Sometimes you hear your neighbours talking but the host settles down the issues smoothly.

We enjoyed our family stay over the Chinese New Year celebrations. This property provides an authentic Kuching town home experience, whilst benefiting from a simple but elegant refurbishment. The ground floor twin bedroom was ideal for anyone struggling with stairs, and the living room/dining area was great for entertaining and hosting guests. The house has a fresh and neutral feel, with effective air conditioning in all bedrooms. Bathrooms were modern, clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood felt safe with convenient access to shops, restaurants and amenities near by in Saradise. The hire of a car has helped us learnt to navigate around the area and other suburbs. We found Stella to be a very accommodating and relaxed but professional host, clearly experienced at making people feel at home. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend both Stella and this property.

The room was excellent and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host provided detailed information, along with pictures and videos, which made the experience even better. The room was spotless, and my family absolutely loved it! ✨️

订房开始后，与Alvin沟通无障碍，有疑问，也迅速给予答复。入住那天，因为班机延误的关系，抵达Kuching已经是九点晚上以后，幸好房源位置好找并且入住手续简单，Alvin给予的入住说明也很清楚。一切都很顺利。爸爸说房东很贴心，准备的很齐全。 我们待在公寓的时间并不多，但是如介绍的一样，公寓下面有餐厅及美食街，也有一些商店。 交通部分，搭乘grab也很简单，虽然前面路段会塞车，但因为距离近，所以不影响。就是马路设置不是很好，Aeon Mall明明就在眼前，却无法简单的过去。 总之，很不错的一个房源，房东很细心，从细处可以看到他们的用心。

It is definitely a good place for value, clean and comfortable place. Host is responsive and friendly for all my inquiries. Very suitable for those who want a big space for group and location near to Imperial Hotel.

The homestay was in a great location, close to the city center. Have many variety restaurants nearby (muslim friendly). The room was spacious, tidy and had a comfortable bed and clean linen's. However it would be helpful to have a few more kitchen utensils . Overall, it was a pleasant stay, my family and I appreciated the host's helpfulness and incredibly welcoming.

Super nice place. Will come back again. Hope can have 1 night stay instead of min stay 2 nights. Because sometimes we only need to stay 1 night there. The only problem is the rubbish room is smelly when you pass by to the lift.

Brilliant place with spectacular view. We love & enjoyed our stay here. Great value for money & easy place for everything. Siaw Chin was an exceptional host. She went above & beyond for us which was hugely appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here if come again.
