An unforgettable stay in this beautiful colonial house. Indeed, we had the whole property and it was exactly what we were looking for: rest, calm and privacy. The on-site staff are very discreet. But most importantly, our stay wouldn't have been the same without Alexia who took such good care of us. Whether it's the organization upstream/downstream or the activities on site, delivery of meals at home, a real tailor-made service worthy of a 5-star. In short, don't hesitate for a second! We absolutely loved our stay, we felt right at home, outstanding service, Robert gave us a ride to the airbnb when we first arrived, and dropped us off at the bus station on our way out, incredible ! The room had all that you need, the location is wonderful, very peaceful by the river, highly recommend !!

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed very much. We rented both villas on the property so it was very private but cannot say how it would have been if someone else would have stayed at the other villa as they are quite close. The other villa on the property is Villa Ananda, both available on AirBnB, although this is not apparent from the listing. Mr Sokhim and Ms Jenda who take care of the property were very kind and helpful.

Amazing stay At Villa des Palmes as Always, the most peaceful and beautiful oasis you’ll find in Kep, with a great staff that is extremely welcoming and helpful ! The rooms and villa are amazing and the proximity to the Kep crab market and restaurant is super practical ! You don’t need to think twice, go for it !
