It was inaugurated in July 2024. This 104 m2 3-room apartment opens onto a 31 m2 panoramic terrace overlooking the garden with a secure above-ground pool. The large 40 m2 living room has a lounge with TV and decoder and a large dining room. Fully-equipped modern separate kitchen. Each bedroom has 1 bathroom and 1 private terrace.

The house is spacious, very functional and comfortable. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, fishermen arrive with fresh fish. So, just cross the gate to enjoy this beautiful bay and swim in water over 25 degrees.
